Our Mission

The Rachel and Eric Jones Foundation is community-rooted, creating practical solutions informed by local voices. We invest in programs and partnerships that honor the lived experiences of Northern California families, ensuring lasting impact.

Funding gaps leave many families without essential support. We bridge these gaps by partnering with nonprofits, schools, and community groups to amplify their reach, including:

  • Through our Safe Seats program, we provide free car seats to families by partnering with local organizations and nonprofits.

  • We nurture learning and creativity through scholarships for UC Berkeley’s embARC summer design program and by sponsoring literacy initiatives like Read On Sonoma.

  • We strengthen local arts as co-creators of the Vacaville Community of Arts nonprofit with Journey Coffee Co.

  • We honor and uplift women veterans through the Bonds of Sisterhood Fund with Nation’s Finest, and we stand with immigrants through our support of the Immigration Institute of the Bay Area.

We hold a simple belief: every individual, family, and community should have the chance to thrive. Working with trusted partners, we create sustainable, community-rooted solutions that strengthen Northern California today and for future generations.
